| Why am I being charged to listen to my school's games when they used to be free? |
There are costs associated with bringing you live coverage of your favorite school's games. Some schools, in conjunction with Yahoo!, have decided to start charging a fee to bring you this content. We are working hard to bring you the best in college sports action. This year we have expanded our coverage to include coaches shows, press coverage, plus live video coverage of select teams and games.
| Why isn't my team listed? |
The Internet broadcast rights holders at your school have not contracted with Yahoo! to stream those games. Yahoo! works with over 100 colleges and universities around the country and would be happy to work with your school. Feel free to contact your school's athletic department and ask them to make their games available on Yahoo!
| What games are included in College Broadcast? |
If your team is included in our College Broadcast coverage it means we will carry regular season games for your team in the sports we carry. Coverage does not include bowl games, NCAA Tournament games, or other post-season play.
| Can I listen to or watch games that have already happened? |
Yes. Games will be archived and available on our Yahoo! Sports College Broadcast page under the corresponding school and sport.
| What equipment do I need to enjoy College Broadcast? |
The basic requirements to enjoy College Broadcast are an Internet connection, a Windows-based PC or a Mac with OS X 10.2 (content is not accessible to Linux users) and Windows Media player 6.4 or later. If you are going to watch video content, we strongly recommend a broadband connection. To see a detailed
description of system requirements, click on the System Requirements tab above.
| How do I cancel? |
Visit Yahoo! Billing (http://ordering.yahoo.com), log in to your account, and click on the "Cancel" button to the right of your Yahoo! Sports College Broadcast subscription. Please note that we do not issue refunds.
| Why do some games start later than the start time listed on the website? |
Many teams have pre-game content so the broadcast time listed can start before the actual kickoff time of the game.
